Vantage Cleaning currently operates in select areas across Australia. Since we match you with cleaners based on proximity to your home, the best way to check if we cover your area is to get in touch with us directly or request a quote through our website.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies? expand_more
No — our cleaners bring all their own equipment and products, including vacuums, mops, cloths, and cleaning solutions. Everything they use is safe and suitable for residential cleaning. If you have a specific preference (for example, you'd like us to use your own products on certain surfaces), just let us know when you book and we'll accommodate where possible.
How long does a typical cleaning take? expand_more
It depends on the size of your home and the type of clean. Each booking is given an estimated duration upfront — for example, a standard 3-bedroom home might be allocated around 3 hours. We'll confirm the time estimate with you before your clean so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? expand_more
You don't have to be, but we do recommend being available at the end of the clean if possible. Our cleaners will invite you to do a quick walkthrough once they're wrapping up, so you can flag anything you'd like touched up on the spot. If you won't be home, we'll make arrangements to access the property securely and you can review the work when you're back.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel? expand_more
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean. This helps us avoid disruption for our team and ensures we can offer you an alternative time that works.
Are your cleaners trained and insured? expand_more
Yes. Every Vantage cleaner holds a minimum of $5,000,000 in public liability insurance, has passed a National Police Check, and is verified with valid identification and right-to-work documentation. They're experienced professionals who follow our detailed cleaning checklists and quality standards. We also collect before-and-after photos of every clean for quality assurance.

Same-day bookings may be available depending on cleaner availability in your area. The best way to find out is to contact us directly — we'll do our best to accommodate you, though we recommend booking at least a day in advance to guarantee your preferred time.
